Software Engineer

Bacsoft develops and sells the most advanced IoT and M2M platform technology in the world. We are looking for an inspired and talented software developer to join our team. The role provides interesting opportunities to implement multiple technologies including embedded technologies: Java-J2ME and C ++ C # and development protocols.

Requirements:

  • Software engineer with minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience in C and C ++, J2ME, Java
  • A high-level perspective
  • Experience in developing applications for mobile devices and background in electronics – advantage
  • English – high level
  • Spanish – advantage

Pre-Sales & Technical Support

We are looking for a technical support person to work with the sales team, assisting with sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex situations. The appropriate candidate is expected to handle all customer technical inquiries and assistance. The candidate reports directly to the VP of sales and is expected to proactively explore technical solutions for various customer requirements, prepare technical training and application notes, and provide technical training to customers and integrators. The candidate is also responsible to formulate competitive analyses and understand the differentiators between the company and its competitors.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years’ experience as Pre-Sales or Technical Support
  • Experience with supporting international customers
  • Experience in training of customers, integrators and agents
  • Experience in preparing technical application notes
  • Fluent Spanish and English language capabilities including excellent conversation and writing skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and independent
  • High level interpersonal skills, adapting well to small team work
  • Availability for frequent travels abroad
